经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察 被引量:92

摘要 目的观察经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床应用及总结临床经验。方法 2013年9月~2014年7月应用经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者58例,应用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index,ODI)和改良MacNab标准评价临床疗效。结果患者术后随访3个月,术后各时间点腰腿痛VAS评分、ODI较术前均明显降低(均P〈0.01);改良MacNab标准评价疗效优良率为89.66%(52/58)。结论经皮椎间孔镜髓核摘除术治疗腰椎椎间盘突出症创伤小,并发症少,术后恢复快,近期疗效可靠。 Objective To investigate the clinical practice of transforaminal endoscopic spine system(TESSYS)in percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy on lumbar disc herniation.Methods From Sep.2013 to July 2014,38 patients suffering from lumbar disc herniation and treated with TESSYS were enrolled in this study.Clinical efficacy was evaluated by the visual analogue score(VAS),Oswestry disability index(ODI)and modified MacNab criteria.Results The patients were followed up for 3months after surgery.Postoperative VAS and ODI were significantly lower than those before surgery(P〈0.01),the rate of excellence was 89.66% according to MacNab scale(52/58). Conclusion As an effective minimally invasive treatment for lumbar disc herniation,TESSYS percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic technique for lumbar discectomy can ensure reliable clinical outcome with less complications,early functional recovery and reliable short-term efficacy.
