芜湖县学龄前儿童视觉屈光不正影响因素研究

The prevalence of refractive errors and its correlates among preschool children in Wuhu county

目的 了解芜湖县学龄前儿童视觉屈光不正的发生及其影响因素,为防治婴幼儿屈光不正提供依据。方法通过对托幼机构在园儿童屈光状态的筛查,掌握学龄前儿童视觉屈光不正发生情况,选取12所具有代表性的托幼机构开展问卷调查,研究影响学龄前儿童视觉屈光不正发生的危险因素。结果 芜湖县2 776名学龄前儿童视觉屈光不正检出率15.59%。多因素分析结果显示,用眼时间、不良饮食习惯、家长文化程度、遗传因素、早产出生史等为学龄前儿童屈光不正的影响因素。结论 芜湖县3~6岁儿童屈光不正发生率较高,影响因素是多方面的。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of preschool children＇s visual refractive errors and to examine influontial factors among preschool children in Wuhu county, which could provide prevention and treatment strategies to children refractive errors. Methods A screening survey was conducted in kindergartens to investigate the prevalence of preschool children＇s visual refractive errors. Selecting 12 representative kindergartens to conducted a cross - sectional survey to examine the risk factors of children＇s visual refractive errors. Results The prevalence of preschooler visual refractive error was 15.59% in Wuhu county. Multivariate logistic regression revealed that times of using eyes, eating habits, parents education level, genetic factors, and the history of preterm birth as the main risk factors. Conclusion The prevalence of preschool children＇s visual refractive errors was relatively high, and the risk factors were various.
