濉溪县2013年居民死亡原因分析

目的了解濉溪县居民的死因特点,为制定疾病防治策略提供科学依据。方法通过死因监测信息报告系统,对濉溪县2013年死亡居民资料进行统计分析。结果 2013年濉溪县共网络报告死亡5 557人,总死亡率为517.66/10万,标化死亡率505.02/10万,男女死亡率分别为591.22/10万、435.38/10万。慢性非传染性疾病死亡占86.40%。心脏病、脑血管病、恶性肿瘤、伤害、呼吸系统疾病前5位死因占94.76%。男女居民前5位死因相同,但顺位有所不同。不同年龄人群的主要死因不同。潜在寿命损失(PYLL)前5位分别为伤害、恶性肿瘤、心脏病、脑血管病、传染病和寄生虫病,标化平均潜在寿命损失(S·AYLL)分别为32.25年、16.78年、12.31年、10.49年、20.91年。结论慢性非传染性疾病是当前濉溪县的疾病控制重点,应针对不同年龄人群采取相应的防控措施。

Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of death causes in Suixi county and provide the scientific basis for disease control and prevention strategies. Methods Through the National Mortality Surveillance System, the death data of SuiXi county residents in 2013 was collected and statistically analyzed. Results A total of 5557 deaths were reported by the network in 2013, the death rate was 517.66/105 and the standardized death rate was 505.02/105. The male and female death rate were 591.22/105and 435.38/105 respectively. The death of chronic non - infectious disease accounted for 86.40%. The top five causes of death were heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, malignant tumor, injury, respiratory disease, which accounted for 94.76%. Male and female residents＇top five cause of death were the same but the sequence was different. The main cause of death was different between different age groups. Compared with the sequence of causes of death, injury, malignant tumor, heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, infectious diseases and parasitic diseases ranked the first five constitution of the PYLL. The standardized years of potential life lost were 32.25 years, 16.78 years, 12.31 years, I0.49 years and 20.91 years for the top five cause of death. Conclusion Chronic non - infectious disease had become main threats to residents health in the Suixi county and prevention and control measures should be taken according to different age groups.
