摘要
采用固相烧结法制备Zr1-xCuxV1.6P0.4O7(x=0,0.1,0.2)系列固溶体,利用元素替代来改变材料的相变温度.粉末X-射线衍射(XRD)结果表明,材料的结构为立方相;变温XRD研究结果表明,Zr1-xCuxV1.6P0.4O7表现出近零膨胀特性;变温拉曼光谱研究结果表明,利用Cu2+替代Zr4+相变温度比P5+替代V5+降低显著.
In this paper, Zr1-xCux V1.6P0.4O7 (x = 0, 0.1,0.2 ) solid solutions were prepared using a solid state method. Powder X- ray diffraction (XRD) analysis reveals that the as- prepared solid solutions were cubic structure. The tempera- ture - dependent XRD shows that Zr1-xCux V1.6P0.4O7 present near zero thermal expansion. The temperature - dependent Raman spectra shows that the phase transition temperature of Zr1-xCux V1.6P0.4O7 decreases with increasing the content of P, the phase transition temperature decreases significantly using Cu^2+ to substitute Zr^4+.
