摘要
地方高校积极响应教育部应用转型发展战略,但推行过程中却面临诸如教师评价机制与学生应用型培养冲突、专业人才培养方案与产业人才需求标准不匹配、应用型师资队伍严重不足等问题.为推进应用型人才培养模式在地方高校有效实施,应引入互联网思维,构建企业、学校、教师、学生四位一体多方共赢的应用型人才培养体系框架;同时基于此框架,从专业人才培养方案制定与优化、能力导向的闭环人才培养流程、校企互通联合培养、教职工业务素质建设与激励分配机制、学生专业认知度培养与技能训练方案等方面提出了合理化建议.
Applied talents training strategic which was presented by China's ministry of education gained positively re sponse from local colleges and universities. However, local colleges and universities faced with some problems in the process of implementation. The problems includes conflicts between academic research evaluation mechanism for teachers and applied talents training for students, mismatching between training schema and society requirements, lacking teachers for applied talents training seriously and so on. To carry out applied talents training effectively, we present a framework which mix to- gether internet thinking and applied talents training, and it can realize multi - wins within government, companies, universities, teachers and students. Moreover, based on presented framework, we make some recommendations for various aspects of applied talents training. The recommendations include talents development solutions' building and optimization, talents training process oriented by application technology, talents training in laboratory and internship base are jointly built by uni versities and companies, teachers' application technology development schema and incentive mechanism, students' applied skill training and so on.
