摘要
针对使用压力旋流雾化喷嘴的轻油燃烧器,运用CFD方法研究了不同助燃空气初始温度、雾化锥角以及助燃空气旋流强度对火焰形态的影响,探讨了相关参数对火焰形态的作用机理,得到了火焰形态随燃烧参数变化的相关规律。为基于火焰形态的燃烧器选型设计提供了试验和理论依据。
A CFD method was used to study the flame structure in a light oil burner with a pressure-swirl atomizer. Different initial conditions of air temperature,spray cone-angle and swirling intensity were taken into consideration to find their effects on the flame structure and the functional mechanism of the related parameters to the flame structure were also discussed. Moreover, the changing rules of the flame structure with the combustion parameters were summarized. Provides experimental and theoretical basis for the design and type-selection of light oil burners in terms of flame structures.
