摘要
实验研究了PZT热释电陶瓷在周期性热激励下其输出功率的变化特性,主要讨论了PZT热释电陶瓷热电转换装置在接入不同负载时其输出功率的变化情况,并通过阻抗优化,获得最大的输出功率。实验结果表明,在0.10Hz调频频率下,当不接负载时,装置输出功率可达72.1μW,输出功率密度1.47μW/cm^3;当接入负载时,使负载阻值在0.00-20.00 MΩ变化,实验得出当负载阻值为7.00 MΩ时装置产生的功率最大(实验所用的PZT热释电陶瓷的阻抗为7.96 MΩ),达到了66.7μW,输出功率密度601.90μW/cm^3。
Experiments were carried out to investigate the characteristics of output power of PZT pyroelectric ceramics. One of the main aims is to get maximal output power through optimizing the impedance of circuit. For the case of frequency of 0.10 Hz and without any load, experiments show that the output power of PZT pyroelectric ceramics is up to 72.1 μW, power density up to 1.47 mW/cm^3. When the impedance of load varies within 0.00- 20.00 MΩ, the experiments show that the output power value of PZT pyroelectric ceramics reaches a maximum at 66.7 μW, and the power density is up to 601.90 μW/cm^3 when the impedance of load is 7.00 MΩ. The internal resistance of PZT pyroelectric ceramics used in the experiments is 7.96 MΩ.
