摘要
目的明确某新型工艺可能产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,提出防护对策。方法采用职业健康暴露风险评估法进行综合分析,并在最后对采取的防护措施进行了评价。结果生产过程中碳酸钠溶液配制过程风险级别为1.41,风险等级可忽略;现场操作风险级别为1.69,风险等级为低风险水平;接触对甲苯磺酸、BHT(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚)、2-叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、对甲酚的风险级别均为2.99,风险等级为中等风险水平。结论在新型工艺建设项目职业病危害评价不能采用类比法的情况下,采用职业健康暴露风险评估法可进行评价。
Objective To confirm the possible occupational hazards in the construction project with new technology,evalu- ate protective measures and their feasibility , put forward the countermeasure. Methods The project was evaluated by occu- pational exposure risk assessment, and evaluated protective measures in the end. Results The risk of the preparation of the Na2CO3 solution in the manufacturing process can be ignored,thus it could be low level of risk in field work. the level of risk was 1.41 and 1.69 respectively; It could be median level of risk in getting touch of ptoluenesulfonie acid and BHT(2, 6 - Ditertbuty - 4 - methylphenol) and 2 - tertbuty - 4 - methylphenol and 4 - methylphenol, the level of risk was 2. 99. Conclusion Occupational exposure risk assessment can evaluate the risk of occupational health when the construction pro- ject with new technology can not be used in analogy analysis.
