摘要
目的预测食物中苯甲酸及山梨酸的日均暴露量,为研究风险评估提供基础数据。方法采用高效液相色谱法检测食物中苯甲酸及山梨酸含量,利用Crystal Ball软件对食物中苯甲酸及山梨酸日均暴露量进行预测及敏感度分析。结果该社区居民通过食物摄入苯甲酸及山梨酸的日均暴露量平均值为1.79E-3 g/(d·kg),食物中苯甲酸及山梨酸含量敏感度为99.1%。结论食物中苯甲酸及山梨酸含量是影响其日均暴露最主要的因素。
Objective To obtain the basic data for risk assessment of benzoic acid and sorbic acid in food in order to pre- dict the daily exposure does of benzoic acid and sorbic acid in community residents. Methods High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to test the content of benzoic acid and sorbic acid in food. Crystal Ball software was used to predict the daily exposure does and analyze the sensitivity of benzoic acid and sorbic acid. Results The average daily dose of residents was 1.79E- 3 g/( d · kg)by intake of food ,and the sensitivity of benzoic acid and sorbic acid was 99. 1%. Conclusion The content of benzoic acid and sorbic acid is the strongest sensitivity factor of daily exposure dose.
