摘要
目的评价本土化护生开展老年人健康教育社会实践的效果。方法采取随机整群抽样的方法,将10个自然村老年人随机分为干预组(5个自然村)和对照组(5个自然村),干预组在对照组基础上,由"本土化"护生实施开展老年人健康教育社会实践。结果干预组老年人的营养健康知识知晓率、对各种慢性病防治知识掌握水平、健康行为比例和生活质量满意度明显高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论本土化护生开展老年人健康教育社会实践提高了老年人的营养和慢性病防治知识,改善了其生活习惯,提高了生命质量,值得推广借鉴。
Objective To assess the effect of local nurse students taking health education social practice in old peo- ple. Methods Ten villages were randomly divided as intervention group( n = 5 ) and control group( n = 5 ) by cluster sam- pling. The elderly in the intervention group were given additional health education by social practice of local nurse students. Results After the intervention, the items including the awareness rate of knowledge about nutrition and health, the prevention and control of chronic disease, health behaviors and the life quality satisfaction of the intervention group were sig- nificantly higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Application of the health education by social practice of local nurse students increases the knowledge of the elderly people about nutrition and health, the prevention and control of chronic diseases, improves their living custom, and raises their quality of life.
