连山壮族瑶族自治县人民医院神经内科门诊患者的病种分析

Analysis of disease spectrum of neurological outpatients from Lianshan Zhuang and Yao Autonomous County People's hospital

目的对清远市连山壮族瑶族自治县人民医院神经内科门诊患者的主诉和病种进行分析,为当地神经系统疾病的防治工作提供依据。方法采用前瞻性调查的研究方法对2014年9月至2015年4月期间在连山壮族瑶族自治县人民医院神经内科门诊就诊的182例患者资料进行统计分析。结果在症状学方面,前5个最常见的主诉依次为头痛(27.47%)、头晕(25.27%)、疼痛(肢体/面部)(10.99%)、失眠(9.89%)、肢体麻木(8.79%);在病种方面,前5个最常见的病种依次为睡眠障碍(9.89%)、紧张型头痛(7.14%)、良性发作性位置性眩晕(6.59%)、坐骨神经痛(6.04%)、偏头痛(6.04%)。结论本研究初步分析了连山地区神经内科门诊常见主诉及病种,基层医生应提高常见神经系统疾病的专业知识,更好地为患者服务。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of chief complaints and disease spectrum of Neurology Outpatient Clinic, and provide scientific guide for local urban prevention and treatment of common neurological disorders. Methods A total of 182 outpatients from the Neurology Outpatient Clinic of Lianshan Zhuang and Yao Autonomous County People＇s hospital were surveyed prospectively within eight months from 2014-9 to 2015-4. Results The top five complaints were headache（27.47%）, dizziness（25.27%）,（limb or facial） pain（10.99%）, insomnia（9.89%） and numbness of limbs（8.79%）. The top five diseases were sleep disorder（9.89%）, tension-type headache（7.14%）, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo（6.59%）, sciatica（6.04%） and migraine（6.04%）. Conclusion This preliminary data showed the most common neurological complaints and disorders seen in Neurology Outpatient Clinic. Rural doctors should increase their knowledge relating to common neurological disorders to work better for local patients.
