弧形切除技术在甲绉肥厚型嵌甲症治疗中的应用效果分析
摘要
采用对甲绉进行弧形切除而保留甲床、甲基质的手术方法治疗47例（59趾）甲绉肥厚型嵌甲症嵌甲患者,愈后评价良好,术后3、6个月复发率为0,术后12个月仅复发1例,96％（45例）患者自评术后效果非常满意.该项技术易于操作,损伤浅,创面愈后形态自然、美观.
