摘要
以三聚甲醛、二乙醇胺和亚磷酸二乙酯为原料,固载杂多酸为催化剂,通过一步法合成了反应型阻燃剂N,N-二(2-羟乙基)氨甲基膦酸二乙酯(BHAPE),产品得率达91.5%;把BHAPE应用到硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料(RPUF)中,当BHAPE的添加量为25php时,材料的导热系数、压缩强度、吸水率变化不大,极限氧指数(LOI)达30.5%,具有明显的阻燃效果。
A reactive flame retardant N, N-bis ( 2 - hydroxyethyl) - aminomethyl phosphonic acid diethyl ester( BHAPE)was synthesized via used sym-trioxane, diethanolamine and diethyl phosphite as raw materials supported heteropolyacid as catalyst and by one-step process, the yield up to 91.5%. The flame retardant BHAPE was used in the rigid polyurethane foam (RPUF), when 25 phr BHAPE added into RPUF, no change about compressive strength, water absorption, and thermal conductivity, the LOI up to 30. 5%, which showed good flame retardancy.
