锰渣对烧结陶瓷制品物理性能的影响

摘要 以锰矿渣、陶土为主要原料,通过经混合、成型、干燥和烧成等工艺制得锰渣陶土烧结陶瓷制品,实验通过测定不同的锰矿渣含量、烧结温度和气体介质,对样品的收缩率、吸水率、弯曲强度进行了分析,实验数据表明:锰渣粉含量20%、烧结温度850℃、在氮气氛围中烧结,产品收缩率、吸水率、弯曲强度达到最佳效果,试验样品具有耐高温、高弯曲强度、抗腐蚀性等一系列优良性能。 The manganese slag-clay-made-ceramic material is produced from manganese slag and clay, as main raw material, through sequential processes of mixing, molding, drying and firing. By measuring different level of manganese slag, sintering temperature and gas medium, the shrinkage, water absorption rate and bending strength of the samples were analysed. The data proves that at 20% of manganese slag powder, the sintering temperature is 850℃, sintering under nitrogen atmosphere, the shrinkage rate, water absorption rate and resistance to corrosion of the product achieves the best effect. Namely, the sample has excellent properties of high temperature resistance, high bending strength and high corrosion resistance.
