摘要
针对宏观管理与系统规划中的设点问题,给出将静态规划转化为动态规划的思路,并提出用简表法完成阶段寻优问题,并由此获得资源分配问题的最优结果.
To aim at the problem of set-point in the macro-management and systems organization,give a thought which transform the problem of static progromming to the problem of dynamic progromming.furthermore,we can resovle the problem of stage optimization with the method of abridged table,so we also can obtain the optimum solution of resourse allocation problem.
