本文通过“12分钟跑”对提高肺活量水平的实验,从四个方面就高校女生有氧跑的健身 效果和锻炼方法进行探讨。
According to the experiments of 'twelve-minute running' to raise vital capacity, the thesis discusses the exercises' methods and the body-building effect of oxygen running for college girls from four aspects.
