苁蓉益肾颗粒治疗肾精不足型眩晕35例

Congrong Yishen Granules in Treating Vertigo of Insufficiency of Kidney Essence for 35 Cases

目的观察苁蓉益肾颗粒治疗肾精不足型眩晕的临床疗效。方法选取肾精不足型眩晕患者70例为研究对象。采用随机数字表达随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组35例给予西医常规治疗,治疗组35例在对照组治疗基础上加用苁蓉益肾颗粒治疗,比较两组临床疗效,并记录药物不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率(97.14%),对照组总有效率(85.71%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苁蓉益肾颗粒治疗肾精不足型眩晕疗效安全、确切。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Congrong Yishen granules in treating vertigo of insuiticiency ol kidney essence. Methods Selecting 70 cases of patients with vertigo of insufficiency of kidney essence as the research objects, they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and each group had 35 cases. The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment. The treatment group used Congrong Yishen granules on the basis of the control group. The clinical curative effect was compared, and the adverse drug reactions were recorded. Results The total effective rate of and the control group was 97.14% and 85.71%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） Conclusion . Conclusion Yishen granules in treating vertigo of insufficiency of kidney essence had exact curative effect, and was safe.
