疏肝解郁法联合化疗治疗乳腺癌25例

Dispersing Stagnated Liver Qi for Relieving Qi Stagnation Method combined with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Breast Cancer for 25 Cases

目的分析疏肝解郁法联合化疗在治疗乳腺癌过程中的临床疗效。方法将在2012年11月—2014年11月收治的接受乳腺癌治疗的患者50例按照患者的入院顺序分为观察组(n=25)和对照组(n=25),对照组患者给予常规化疗,观察组患者在对照组常规化疗的基础上给予疏肝解郁法治疗,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者临床疗效、毒副作用发生情况以及生活质量改善率等均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用疏肝解郁法联合化疗对乳腺癌患者实施治疗可以改善患者的生活质量,提高临床治疗的疗效,降低化疗所致毒副作用的发生率,具有较为显著和理想的效果,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation method combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer. Methods 50 cases of patients with breast cancer who admitted in our hospital from November 2012 to November 2014 were selected, and they were divided into observation group （n=25） and control group （n=25） . The patients in the control group received conventional chemotherapy, and the patients in the observation group were treated with dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation method based on the conventional chemotherapy. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was comparatively analyzed. Results The clinical effect, incidence of side effects and quality of life of the observation group were better than those of the control group （P〈0.05） , and the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion The dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation method combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer can improve the quality of of life patient, increase the clinical therapeutic effect, decrease the incidence of side effects caused by chemotherapy, and has significant and satisfied effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
