摘要
目的研究中药液沐浴后配合穴位按摩对促进母乳喂养的疗效。方法选取2013年1月—2014年6月期间在我院分娩的产妇200例作为研究对象,并随机将其划分为对照组和实验组。对照组产妇接受常规护理,而实验组产妇在接受常规护理的基础上,再接受中药液沐浴后穴位按摩以促进母乳喂养。结果在出院1月后,经产褥期访视及电话跟踪随访显示:实验组产妇母乳喂养成功率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药液沐浴后进行穴位按摩提高了产妇母乳喂养成功率,对促进母乳喂养疗效显著。
Objective To study clinical effect of medicinal bath therapy combined with point massage for promoting breastfeediug. Methods Choosing 200 cases of patients in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2013 as the research objects, they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group received routine care. On the basis of the control group, the experimental group received medicinal bath therapy combined with point massage. Results After discharge for one month, the puerperium visits and telephone follow-up showed that the maternal breastfeeding success rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion The medicinal bath therapy combined with point massage can improve the success rate of maternal breastfeeding, and has curative effect for promote breastfeeding.
