中西医结合护理对冠心病心绞痛患者疗效的影响

Effect of Integrated Medicine Nursing on Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨中西医结合护理对冠心病心绞痛患者的疗效影响。方法选取80例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组两组,每组各40例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取中西医结合护理,对比两组疗效及护理效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理可提高患者对护理的满意度,促进临床疗效,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the etiect ot integrated medicine nursing on the efficacy ot patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods 80 cases of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected as research objects, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 patients in each group. The patients in the control group received conventional nursing, and the patients in the observation group received integrated medicine nursing. The curative effect and nursing effect of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate and the nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The integrated medicine nursing can increase the satisfaction degree, promote clinical effect, and is worthy of promotion and application.
