藤黄健骨片对肾虚证和血瘀证动物模型的影响及其镇痛作用

The Effect of Tenghuang Jiangu Tablet on the Animal Model of Kidney Deficiency Syndrome and Blood Stasis Syndrome and Its Analgesic Effect

目的观察藤黄健骨片对肾虚证和血瘀证动物模型的影响及其镇痛作用。方法小鼠腹腔注射氢化可的松制成肾虚证模型,随机分为5组(模型组、仙灵骨葆胶囊组、藤黄健骨片低、中、高剂量组),连续给药14天,观察小鼠性腺和免疫功能的变化。大鼠皮下注射肾上腺素制成血瘀证模型,随机分为6组(空白对照组、模型对照组、仙灵骨葆胶囊组、藤黄健骨片低、中、高剂量组),连续给药7天,观察大鼠血液流变学的变化。采用醋酸扭体和福尔马林致痛两种实验方法评价藤黄健骨片的镇痛作用。结果藤黄健骨片能显著提高氢化可的松所致肾虚证动物模型的胸腺系数、睾丸重量、小鼠碳粒廓清K及校正指数α,改善血瘀证动物模型的血液流变学并降低其全血粘度和血浆粘度,明显抑制由醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应,对福尔马林致小鼠疼痛的I相和II相反应均有较好的镇痛作用(与模型组或空白组比较,均有显著性差异,P<0.05)。结论以"补肾、活血、止痛"立法组方用药的藤黄健骨片对肾虚证和血瘀证动物模型具有显著的改善作用,同时也具有较强的镇痛作用,这从药理效应的角度为药物的功能主治提供了佐证,也为其临床定位和合理应用提供了较好的现代药理学依据。

Objective To observe the influence of Tenghuang Jiangu tablet on the animal model of kidney deficiency syndrome and blood stasis syndrome and its analgesic effect. Methods The mouse model of kidney deficiency syndrome was formed by intraperitoneal injection of hydroeortisone. The mice were randomly divided into model group, Xianling Gubao capsule group, groups with low, middle and high dosages of Tenghuang Jiangu tablet, and the perfusion course was 14 days. The gonad and immunologic functions were detected and observed. The rat model of blood stasis syndrome was formed by subcutaneous injection of epinephrine. The rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, Xianling Gubao capsule group, groups with low, middle and high dosages of Tenghuang jiangu tablet, and the perfusion course was 7 days. The hemorheology indexes were detected and observed. The analgesic effect of Tenghuang Jiangu tablet was evaluated by the experiment methods of acetate torsion body and faure marin. Results The Tenghuang Jiangu tablet can enhance thymus coefficient, testicular weight, carbon clearance K and correction index α of kidney deficiency syndrome model, can improve blood rheology and reduce whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of blood stasis syndrome model, can inhibit acetate body torsion reactions, and then can inhibit I phase and II phase pain reaction by faure marin. There were significant differences between in Tenghuang Jiangu tablet group and model group or blank group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jinying capsule have the effect on bacteriostatic and uterine inflammation and endometrial adhesion, and can reduce the uterine pathological changes, promote inflammation restoration, and keep uterine cavity unobstructed.
