摘要
目的建立枸杞子药材极性成分的高效液相(HPLC)指纹图谱。方法以迪马Kromasil C18为色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-0.8%甲酸,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温25℃,检验波长254 nm,洗脱时间60 min。结果建立了枸杞药材极性成分的HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,标定了13个共有峰,宁夏5个产地相似度在0.97以上,其他产地枸杞药材相似度较差,河北青龙相似度仅有0.305。结论建立的枸杞指纹图谱可为枸杞质量控制及道地性研究提供一定的参考依据,宁夏中宁作为枸杞道地产区有一定科学性。
Objective To establish a method for HPLC-fingerprint of polar components of Lycium barbarum L. Methods Using the methods of HPLC to establish the fingerprint for R.aconiti from different areas, Dikma Kromasil C18 column was used at 25 ℃, acetonitrile0.8 % formic acid as mobile phase, gradient eluting, flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength was set at 254 nm and eluting period was 60 min. Results HPLC-fingerprint of Lycium barbantm L. in different areas was established, which contained 13 common peaks, and the similarity were over 97 % in five batches of herbal medicine from Ningxia, there are some differences in the of other origin, Hebei Dragon similarity is only 0.305. Conclusion Established fingerprint could be used for quality control and reference genuineness for the genuineness of Lycium barbarum L., there was a certain scientific for genuineness area in Zhongning.
