Analysis on External Therapy in Treating Chronic Renal Failure

慢性肾功能衰竭是指慢性肾脏病引起的肾小球滤过率下降及与此相关的代谢紊乱和临床症状组成的综合征,日久可发展成尿毒症,危及生命。中医药浴是以中医基本理论为指导,将中药煎汁洗浴患者的全身或局部皮肤,通过与人体皮肤的广泛接触、浸洗、吸收及水温的刺激,以达到治疗疾病为目的的一种中医传统外治法。

Chronic renal failure is a syndrome caused by chronic kidney disease, which leads to the decrease of glomerular liltration rate and the related metabolic disorders and clinical symptoms. It can be developed into uremia at last, and is life-threatening. Medicinal bath therapy is a traditional external therapy of TCM which based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine as a guideline, and systemic or topical skin of patient was washed, through extensive contact with human skin, rinse, absorption and temperature stimulation to achieve the purpose of treating disease.
