柴胡陷胸汤对痰热型稳定型心绞痛VEGF的影响

Influence of Chaihu Xianxiong Decoction on VEGF of Stable Angina Pectoris of Phlegm Heat

目的观察加味柴胡陷胸汤治疗痰热型SAP临床疗效及对血液流变学指标影响。方法将符合纳入标准的60例痰热型SAP患者按照随机原则分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给与阿司匹林等基础治疗,对照组30例,在基础治疗上加用单硝酸异山梨酯片20 mg,口服,日2次。治疗组30例,在基础治疗上加用加味柴胡陷胸汤,每日1剂,每天2次。总疗程均为2个月。治疗前后观察测6 min步行距离(6MHW)、左心室射血分数(LVEF%)以及E/A比值;并在治疗前后进行VEGF检测。结果治疗后,6 min步行距离(6MHW)、左心室射血分数(LVEF%)以及E/A比值均改善明显,与治疗前比较及与对照组治疗后比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01),VEGF治疗后与治疗前比较,有显著性意义(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加味柴胡陷胸汤治疗痰热性SAP可以有效改善患者左心室功能及VEGF,临床上可以作为痰热型SAP的治疗方法进行推广。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Chaihu Xianxiong decoction on stable angina pectoris（SAP） of phlegm heat and its impact on blood rheology indexes. Methods 60 cases of patients with SAP of phlegm heat were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The two groups were given aspirin foundation treatment. On the basis of the foundation treatment, 30 cases in the control took orally isosorbide mononitrate and 20 mg, 2 times a day. 30 cases in the treatment group were given Chaihu Xianxiong decoction, taking a dose twice daily. The treatment course was two months. Before and after the treatment measure 6 min walking distance（6 MHW）, left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF %） and E/A ratio were observed; before and after therapy and detection of VEGF.Results After treatment, 6 min walking distance（6 MHW）, left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） % and E/A ratio were improved obviously, comparing with before treatment and the control group after treatment, there were significant differences（P 〈 0.01）. Comparing with before treatment, VEGF has a significant meaning after treatment（P 〈 0.05）. Comparing with the control group, after treatment,there was no statistical significance（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Chaihu Xianxiong decoction in the treatment of SAP of phlegm heat can effectively improve left ventricular function and VEGF, and it can be widely used to treat SAP of phlegm heat in clinical practive.
