滕义和教授因因治疗股骨头缺血性坏死验案举隅

The cases of effective methods introduced by Professor Yihe Teng to treat avascular necrosis of the head of femur on the basis of its causes

介绍滕义和教授采用因因论治的方法,治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的新思路。与传统的中医辨证治疗股骨头缺血性坏死方法不同,滕老认为股骨头缺血性坏死多与外伤、饮酒及过量使用激素相关,治疗时采用朔本求源、审因论治的方法,结合发病因素,因因论治,疗效显著,通过对滕义和教授因因治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的验案进行分析,目的在于探讨滕老的临证思路和辩证方法,总结其治病规律,认识其学术思想,并推广到临床、教学、科研中去,以期为临床上治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的辨证论治提供参考。

This article introduced a new theory introduced by the professor Yihe Teng on how to treat avascular necrosis of the head of femur. Professor Teng believed that the major risk factors for avascular necrosis of the head of femur include trauma, alcohol consumption,and excessive use of corticosteroid. Therefore, compared to the traditional method based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine to treat avascular necrosis of the head of femur, Professor Teng applied a theory in clinical treatment that the methods used for the avascular necrosis treatment should be based on the causes to the disease; and this theory is approved to be a more effective means of treatment through many years clinical practice. The aim of this article is to discuss Professor Teng’s critical theory of treatment of avascular necrosis of the head of femur, summaries various treatments should be used due to different caused reasons and learn his academic thinking through analyzing Professor Teng ’s past clinical cases; as a result professor Teng’s theory can be promoted in clinical treatment, teaching and scientific research in the dialectic clinical treatment of avascular necrosis of the head of femur; and becomes the valuable reference materials in this area.
