血栓通(冻干)治疗慢性缺血性脑血管病30例

Xueshuantong(freeze drying) in Treating Chronic Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease for 30 Cases

目的观察注射用血栓通(冻干)治疗慢性缺血性脑血管病的疗效。方法将60例中老年慢性缺血性脑血管病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。结果治疗组临床疗效和复查脑TCD有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),注射用血栓通显著改善中老年慢性缺血性脑血管病患者头晕头痛及颅内动脉血流速度、复通闭塞的颅内动脉(P<0.01);而对照组复通闭塞的颅内动脉无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论注射用血栓通(冻干)治疗中老年慢性缺血性脑血管病疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effect of Xueshuantong for injection（freeze drying） in treating chronic ischemic cerebrovascular dis-ease. Methods 60 cases of patients with chronic ischemic cerebrovascular disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and each group had 30 cases. Results The clinical effect and follow-up cerebral TCD effect of the treatment group was better those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）, and the Xueshuantong for injection improved significantly in elderly chronic ischemic brain vascular dis-ease patients dizziness, headache and the flow velocity of the intracranial artery, recanalization of the occluded intracranial artery（ P 〈0.01）. The recanalization of occluded intracranial artery of the control group had no significant change（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Xueshuantong for injection（freeze drying） in treating chronic ischemic cerebrovascular disease in the elderly had remarkable effect.
