益气宁心汤治疗气血两虚夹瘀型室性期前收缩的应用价值

Application Value of Yiqi Ningxin Decoction in Treating Ventricular Extrasystole of Stagnated Deficiency of Both Qi and Blood

目的分析益气宁心汤在室性期前收缩(气血两虚夹瘀型)治疗中的应用价值。方法选取长春中医药大学附属医院门诊收治的80例室性期前收缩(气血两虚夹瘀型)患者为研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组给予益气宁心汤治疗,对照组给予稳心颗粒治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为77.5%,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);且两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论益气宁心汤在室性期前收缩(气血两虚夹瘀型)治疗中的应用价值显著,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the application value analysis of Yiqi Ningxin decoction in treating ventricular extrasystole（stagnated de-ficiency of both qi and blood）. Methods Selecting 80 cases of patients with ventricular extrasystole（stagnated deficiency of both qi and blood） in Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as reaserch objects, they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group received Yiqi Ningxin decoction. The control group received Wenxin granule. The clinical therapeutic effectof the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.0% which was higher than 77.5% of the control group（P 〈0.05）. The two groups had no severe adverse reactions. Conclusion Yiqi Ningxin decoction in treating ventricular extrasystole（stagnated deficiency of both qi and blood） had significant application value, and is worthy of promotion.
