化脓性感染伤口与慢性复杂伤口采用中西医结合护理方法的效果

Effect of the Integrated Medicine Nursing on Suppurative Infection Wound and Chronic Complex Wound

目的观察和探讨中西医结合护理方法对化脓性感染伤口与慢性复杂伤口的临床护理效果。方法选取2012年12月—2015年3月于本院门诊换药的100例化脓性感染伤口与慢性复杂伤口的患者为观察组,进行中西医结合的换药治疗方法并配合护理干预,选用常规西医西药换药治疗的化脓性感染伤口与慢性复杂伤口患者100例作为对照组,比较2组患者的伤口愈合情况。结果观察组患者在给予中西医结合换药治疗护理后,全部愈合,平均愈合时间为(13.5±1.6)d;对照组患者在给予传统的西医西药换药治疗护理后,平均愈合时间为(20.8±3.5)d,观察组患者的愈合率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过采用中西医结合的方法对化脓性感染伤口与慢性复杂伤口换药治疗护理,可以有效地提高伤口的愈合率、减少治疗时间、缩短病程,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe and investigate clinical nursing effect of integrated medicine nursing on suppurative infection wound and chronic complex wound. Methods From December 2012 to March 2015 in our hospital outpatient treatment, 100 cases of patients with suppurative infection wound and chronic complex wound were selected as the observation group, and they used the integrated medicine therapy and nursing intervention. 100 cases of patients were selected as control group used conventional Western medicine. The wound healing of the two groups was compared. Results After applying the integrated medicine nursing, wound of patients were all healed, and the average healing time was（13.5±1.6） d. After applying traditional medicine Western medicine nursing care, the average healing time of the control group was（20.8±3.5） d. The healing rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group（ P〈 0.05）, and the healing time of the observation group was obviously shorter than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of suppurative infection wound and chronic complex wound can effectively improve the wound healing rate, reduce the treatment time, shorten the course of the disease, and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
