中西医结合基础专业研究生实践与创新能力培养模式的探索

Exploration of Practice and Innovation Ability Training Mode in the Graduate Majoring in Basic Study of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

研究生教育作为国家高层次人才培养的主要渠道,其实践和创新能力的培养是关系到我国未来科技发展的重大问题。在以往的中西医结合基础研究生培养过程中,在科学方法论的传授及培养方面做了大量扎实而有效的工作,下一步重要的任务是如何培养学生与其科研能力密切相关的实践与创新能力。因此,我们通过设计并施行一系列的专题训练,提高我校中西医结合基础调查研究、文献检索、数据分析、细胞培养、模型复制及论文写作等多方面的能力,这势必对中西医结合基础专业研究生的实践和创新能力培养产生很大的推动作用。

Graduate education is the main channel for the national high-level personnel training. Development of practice and innovation ability is a major issue related to the future development of China ’s science and technology. In the past, a lot of solid and effective work has been done in terms of teaching and culture of scientific methodology. The next important task is how to cultivate students ’ ability of practice and innovation related closely to its research capacity. Therefore, a series of thematic training such as document retrieval, data analysis, cell culture models, copy essay writing has been designed and committed to improve their practice and innovation ability. This will play a great role in promoting the practice and innovation ability of graduates majoring in combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
