应用优质护理冠心病的价值分析

Value Analysis on Application of High Quality Nursing for Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨为冠心病患者应用优质护理的实际效果,分析其应用价值。方法选取2014年5月—2015年5月冠心病患者39例,按随机数字表法将39例患者分成观察组21例,对照组18例,分别给予优质护理、常规护理,对比护理效果。结果观察组TC水平为(4.32±0.31)mmol/L,TG水平为(1.36±0.52)mmol/L,LDL-C水平为(2.12±0.36)mmol/L,护理满意度为100.0%,以上数据均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理能提高冠心病治疗质量,提高护理满意度,值得临床应用、推广。

Objective To investigate the quality care in patients with coronary heart disease, and analyze the application value. Methods Selecting 39 patients with coronary heart disease from May 2014 to May 2015, they were divided into experimental group of 21 cases and control group of 18 cases according to a random number table. The experimental group was given high-quality care, and the control group was given routine care. The nursing effect was compared. Results In the experimental group, the TC levels was（4.32 ± 0.31） mmol / L,the TG levels was（1.36 ± 0.52） mmol / L, the LDL-C levels was（2.12 ± 0.36） mmol / L, and the treatment satisfaction was 100.0%.All data of the experimental group were better than those of the control group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The quality care can improve the quality of treatment of coronary heart disease and nursing satisfaction, and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
