就业为导向的中药专业人才培养方案优化研究与实践

Practice and Research on the Optimization of Talent Training Scheme of TCM Major based on Employment

根据国家现代职业教育体系的要求,结合现代中药产业发展需要,山东中医药高等专科学校中药专业以专业调研报告为依据,基于主要就业岗位(群)职业能力分析,从人才培养目标、培养规格、课程体系、实践教学体系、职业素质教育体系等方面,校企联合修订优化了人才培养方案,人才培养质量明显提高,具较高的推广应用价值。

According to the requirement of modern vocational education system, combining the demand of modern TCM industry development, the TCM major of Shandong College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, based on the professional research report, analyzed the professional ability of major job positions（group）, cooperated with enterprises, revised and optimized the talent training scheme from the talent training objectives, training specifications, curriculum system, practice teaching system, the quality of vocational education system,which has improved the talent training quality and has higher popularization and application value.
