基层中医院药事管理存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Pharmacy Management in Basic Level Hospital of TCM

目的笔者从2009-2014年作为国家中医药管理局及江西省卫生计划生育委员会中医药管理局中医医院等级医院评审及中医医院管理年药事组评审专家,参加了全国、省内多家中医院的药事评审,通过评审深刻感受到基层中医院在药事管理方面存在的问题,为了更好的把存在的问题披露出来,找到分析解决问题的办法和对策,以使中医医院药事工作获得更好的发展思路,更好的为广大人民群众的健康服务。

The author as the State Administration of traditional C hinese and Jiangxi Provincial Health Planning Commission of Chinese Medicine Management Bureau of traditional Chinese Medicine from 2009 to 2014 participated in the National, Province Hospital Pharma-cy Review. By reviewing, the author realized the problems in the pharmacy management of basic level hospital of TCM. In order to reveale the existing problems, the author found solutions and countermeasures to make the hospital of TCM get better development ideas in phar-macy work, and provided better health services for the majority of people.
