基于PLC的斜巷跑车防护系统设计

摘要 跑车防护系统在煤矿斜巷运输过程中起着非常重要的作用,它是井下工作人员和设备安全的有力保障。通过分析斜巷跑车防护装置存在的问题,以PLC技术为基础,利用传感检测技术和液压控制技术,设计了一套斜巷跑车防护系统。并且提出了通过同时检测矿车的速度大小和变化趋势来判断是否发生跑车事故的方法,确保了系统的可靠性和安全性。该技术在山西潞安集团司马煤业公司已得到成功应用。 Run away devices security system (RDSS) is very important in the transportation of coal mine inclined drifts, which isthe powerful safeguard to ensure the safety of workers and devices. Analyzes the shortcomings which existing in RDSS of inclined drifts. PLC technology is as the basis. Sensing detection technology and hydraulic control technology are utilized, a set of inclined drifts RDSS is designed. And a new method to judge the tramcar trouble by testing the speed and changing trend of tramcar is presented, ensures the reliability and security of the system The technology has been successfully applied in Shanxi Lu'an group Sima coal company
