摘要
新景矿选煤厂针对压滤后煤泥水分高、灰分高、热值低、售价低等问题,引进旋翼式强制流态化干燥机对厂内湿煤泥进行干燥,大幅下降煤泥的水分,提高其发热量。干燥后的煤泥掺入末煤销售,售价得以提升,既解决了煤泥滞销堆放的问题,提高了煤泥产品附加值,同时也完善了新景矿选煤厂洗选工艺,实现由煤泥水处理到煤泥全部回收利用零排放的"闭路循环",具有可观的经济效益、社会效益及环境效益。
Aiming at the high moisture, hi ration plant introduced rotor wing type forced fl gh ash content, low calorific value and low price. Xinjing coal prepauidized drying machine to drying the filter coal slime to reduce the moisture content and improve the calorific value. The fine coal price is improved after mixing with the dried slime, which is not only perfected the piled up of high moisture slime and decreased the added value of coal product, but also improved the Xinjing coal preparation washing process, and implemented of zero emissions closed cycle from coal slurry treatment to slimes recycle. Therefore, it has significant economic, social and environmental benefits.
