摘要
我国信息化建设已取得丰硕成果,党的十八大又明确提出以信息化水平大幅提升作为全面建设小康社会的目标之一。在新形势下,国家也制定了"中国制造2025"规划。本文围绕我国信息化发展现状,分析了新形势下推进信息化、工业化进程的制约因素,并结合我国信息化、工业化融合发展提出了相应的对策建议。
Informationization in China has made tremendous progress. The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that a significant degree of informationization is one of the objec- tives for building a well-off society. Based on the current degree of China＇s informationization, the article focuses on analyzing constraints to further enhancement and also proposes appropriate solutions based upon the realities of informationization development in China today.
