摘要 针对中药国际化进程中遇到的瓶颈问题,提出了采用多学科组合技术解决这一问题的思路,并以复方血栓通胶囊、参芪扶正注射液为研究载体,阐明了其化学物质基础、药效物质基础、组方规律及作用机制。本综述为其他中药复方的研究提供了示范。 To solve the obstacles of traditional Chinese herbal formulae approaching the intemational market, this article proposes a novel and valuable research pattern based on the combination of multidisciplinary techniques. Taking compound Xueshuantong capsule and Shenqi Fuzheng injection as the research carriers, we clarified and explained their chemical material basis, core bioactive components, interaction among herbs, and underlying mechanisms. This overview provides useful demonstration for the other Chinese herbal formulae researches.
