摘要 目的利用响应面法对瓜州肉苁蓉苯乙醇苷的提取工艺进行优化。方法以肉苁蓉苯乙醇苷提取率为评价指标,探究乙醇体积分数、提取温度、提取时间、料液比和提取次数对肉苁蓉苯乙醇苷提取率的影响。结果肉苁蓉苯乙醇苷的实际最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数60%、提取温度80℃、液料比12:1,提取时间2 h,提取2次,此条件下的提取率为76.5880 mg·g-1。结论本研究为瓜州肉苁蓉苯乙醇苷资源开发及工业化生产提供理论依据。 Objective To use response surface method to from Cistanche deserticola Y.C.Ma in Guazhou. Methods optimize the phenylethanoid glycoside extraction process The influences of ethanol volume fraction, extraction temperature, extraction time, solid-to-liquid ratio, and extraction times on the phenylethanoid glycoside extraction yield were investigated with the phenylethanoid glycoside extraction yield as the evaluation index. Results The optimum extraction conditions for cistanche phenylethanoid glycosides were: ethanol volume fraction 60%, extraction temperature 80℃ extraction for 2 h, a liquid-to-solid ratio of 12 : 1, and extraction twice. Under these conditions, the extraction yield of phenylethanoid glycoside reached 76.5880 mg ·g- 1. Conclusion The study provides a theoretic basis for the utilization and industrial production of cistanche phenylethanoid glycoside in Guazhou.
