摘要
目的对中药青翘进行化学成分的分离与鉴定以及抗氧化活性研究。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱分离,1H-NMR、13C-NMR、MS等波谱技术鉴定结构;DPPH法测试化合物抗氧化活性。结果从青翘中分离8个化合物,分别鉴定为20(S)-达玛烷-24-烯-3β,20-二醇-3-乙酸酯(1)、表松脂素(2)、熊果酸(3)、连翘苷(4)、槲皮素(5)、八氢-1H,5H-二吡咯[1,2-a:1',2'-d]吡嗪(6)、连翘酯苷A(7)、芦丁(8)。结论芦丁、槲皮素及连翘酯苷A有很好的抗氧化活性。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Forsythia suspensa (Thunb.) Vahl and their antioxidant activity. Methods Column chromatography and sephadex LH-20 were used to separate and purify the compounds. Structure analysis was carried out by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and MS technology. DPPH experiment was conducted to examine the antioxidant activity of the compounds. Results Eight compounds were isolated from the fruits of Forsythia suspensa (Thunb.) Vahl. The structures of the compounds were determined as 20 (S)-dammar-24-ene- 3β, 20-diol-3acetate (1), epipinoresino (2), ursolic acid (3), forsythin (4), quercetin (5), octahydro-1H, 5H-dipyrrolo [1, 2-a: 1', 2'-d] pyrazine (6), forsythoside A (7) and rutin (8). Conclusion Rutin, quercetin and forsythoside A have excellent antioxidant activity.
