摘要 模块化多电平变流器是新型的变频器拓扑结构,其早期应用于固定频率的高压柔性直流输电技术中。随着技术人员对算法的开发及研究,模块化多电平变流器也开始应用于变频应用。本文针对模块化多电平变流器的拓扑结构,详细介绍了搭建Matlab仿真模型的过程,并采用载波移相PWM算法对子模块及M2C进行了仿真,初步分析了M2C的性能及应用。 The modular multilevel converter is the new converter topology, which earlier applied to the fixed-frequency high-voltage flexible HVDC technology. With technical staff development and research algorithms, modular multilevel converters also been used in variable frequency applications. For modular multilevel converter, This article detailing the Matlab simulation model building process and the use of sub-carrier phase-shifted PWM module and M2C algorithm simulation, a preliminary analysis of the performance and application of M2C.
