本文讨论了火电厂液力耦合器调速的电动给水泵进行变频改造时,前置泵的改造方案。通过发电机组真实的运行数据,分析了前置泵调速运行时给水泵的汽蚀问题,得出了对于大多数机组在绝大部分工况下,前置泵调速运行是可行的结论,只有少数前置泵参数余量较小的机组,才必须进行定速驱动改造。
