Building a complete industrial chain, enhance regional competitiveness, adjusting product structure, resolving the excess capacity in steel industry, promoting multi industry development of iron and steel industry, and strengthening the strategic cooperation with foreign owned mineral resources enterprises are the important ways to promote the transformation and upgrading of China＇s iron and steel industry.
