摘要
为培养学生的职业工作能力,职业教育必须以工作过程知识作为主要内容。工作过程知识是企业工作经验与专业理论知识相整合的产物,非单纯的学校教育所能建构。现代学徒制是以工学结合的培养模式、校企合作的管理机制为核心的教育制度,是学生构建工作过程知识、发展职业能力的最佳途径,因而得以在世界范围内全面复兴。
To cultivate students' vocational ability, vocati-onal education must set knowledge of working process as its main content. Knowledge of working process is the combination of enterprise experience and theoretical knowledge,which can not be simply obtained from school education.Modern apprenticeship is a mode of integration of learning and working, with school-enterprise cooperation management as its core mechanism. It is the best way for students to construct working process knowledge and develop vocational abilities and is therefore being revived worldwide.
