细节优化护理模式对食管癌手术患者的心理及情绪的影响观察

Observation on the effect of detail optimized nursing mode on the psychology and mood of surgical patients with esophageal carcinoma

目的：研究分析细节优化护理模式对食管癌手术患者的心理及情绪的影响。方法选取2009年10月至2012年9月于本院进行手术治疗的46例食管癌患者为研究对象，将所有患者随机分为对照组23例和观察组23例，对照组以常规护理进行干预，而观察组则以细节优化护理模式进行干预，然后将两组患者护理干预前及护理干预后1周、2周的CESD量表及SCL－90量表评分进行统计及比较。结果观察组护理干预后1周、2周的CESD量表及SCL－90量表评分均显著优于对照组，P均＜0.05，均有显著性差异。结论细节优化护理模式可更为有效地改善食管癌手术患者的心理及情绪状态。

Objective To analyze the effect of detail optimized nursing mode on the psychology and mood of surgical patients with esophageal carcinoma.Methods 46 surgical patients with esophageal carcinoma in our hospital from October 2009 to September 2012 were selected as research objects, and all the patients were randomly divided into control group （23 cases） and observation group （23 cases） .Patients in the control group were intervened with routine nursing, in the observation group were intervened with detail optimized nursing mode, then the CESD score and SCL-90 score of two groups before and after the intervention at first and second week were analyzed and compared.Results The CESD score and SCL-90 score of observation group after the intervention at first and second week were all signifi-cantly better than those of control group, all P〈0.05, there were all significant differences.Conclusions The detail optimized nursing mode could more effectively improve the psychology and mood of surgical patients with esophageal car-cinoma.
