Intelligent system design for a Residential Community

随着计算机技术、网络技术和自控技术的快速发展,智能化系统已经成为住宅小区的基本配置。但住宅小区智能化系统涉及技术复杂而且发展迅速,在工程设计中存在设计深度不规范、质量不高等问题,严重制约了智能化系统作用的有效发挥。文章分析了智能化系统设计存在的问题,提出了明确角色、合理安排各阶段任务、规范设计深度的解决对策,总结了住宅小区智能化系统的设计原则,并以某大型住宅小区——凯丽住宅小区的智能化系统设计实际项目为例,提出了智能化系统包括安全防范、管理与监控、通信网络等子系统的设计方案。

Because of the rapid development, diverse and complex of the technologies revolved in the intelligent system, there are some issues in engineering design of intelligent systems such as no design depth standard specification and low design quality, and effective role of the intelligent systems is restricted in a way. Based on analysis of the causes of these issues, the countermeasures are put forward including clarifying the roles and tasks, reasonable arrangement of each stage task and specifying design depth. The design principles of residential intelligent system are also summarized. Taking intelligent system construction of a large residential community as an actual case, the security system, the management and monitoring system and the communication network system are discussed in detail, and a reference technical scheme is given.
