颈动脉肌纤维发育不良致卒中的临床及影像特征

摘要
肌纤维发育不良（fibromuscular dysplasia，FMD）是一种少见的，病因未明的，非炎性、非动脉硬化性血管病，最常见于肾动脉、颈内动脉颅外段。此病为相对良性疾病，大多数患者只在造影中偶然发现。
