摘要
本建筑为地下1层、地上局部8层框架结构的沿街商铺,因1层结构的原设计高度为3.50m,不能满足使用要求,根据业主要求,将该建筑1层层高由3.5m抬升至4.8m。结构1层柱抬升后,1层柱的计算高度发生变化,结构的刚度、周期、位移以及结构的配筋等均发生了较大变化,导致计算结果不能满足设计规范要求。采用增大截面法进行加固设计后,计算结果可满足设计规范要求,但该加固设计方案存在加固工程量大、加固成本高等缺点。因此对加固方案进行优化设计,采用增设短肢剪力墙的优化方案即可满足现行设计规范要求,从加固效果、加固工程量和加固造价等各方面都得到很好的效果,从而证明加固设计方案必须要进行优化的重要性。
This building is a frame structure with 8 floors and 1 underground floor,according to the requirement of the owner,the ground floor needs to be lifted from the height of 3. 5m to the height of4. 8m. After the overall uplift,the column's calculation height is changed,the stiffness,the natural vibration period,the displacement,and the reinforcement are also changed,so the calculation results could not satisfy the requirements of the standard. If the cross sections of the members are increased,the problems can be solved,but the cost of the construction will be too high. According to the comparative study,the strengthening design of adding the short-leg shear wall is proposed,the calculation results can satisfy the requirements of the standard. The reinforcement effect is very good and the strengthening cost is reduced. It shows that the optimization research of strengthening scheme is very important.
