摘要
为解决割草过程中不便于观察、操纵和装车运输的问题,保证其连续作业,研制了一种割草机。该割草机采用了下悬挂,割刀从拖拉机下面前后轮之间向一侧伸出,传动方便,便于观察,从而增强了机具的一体性,生产、安装和操作更加方便,可一次完成割草、搂草作业。可单独安装割刀或搂草机,分别完成割草、搂草作业,进而提高机具的工作效率和作业质量。
A new field mower is recently designed mainly to deal with the problem of inconvenient observation, control, loading as well as transportation and to make sure the continuity of the operation. This new field mower adopts suspension technology, i.e. the sickles are suspended from the bottom of the tractor and thus they stretch out to one side between the front and rear wheels. As a result, the drive turns easier and observation more convenient. The unity of the equipment is also strengthened this way. This is dramatically convenient for production, installation and operation. Mowing and grass raking can be accomplished at the same time. The mower and the rake can also be installed separately and accordingly, the mowing and raking can be done separately too. Consequently, the working proficiency and the operation quality are improved correspondingly. All these advantages open up a new way to speed the popularity of this field mower.
