摘要
为探究BR1500HS高强度钢板热冲压工艺的热变形过程,拟建立起高温本构方程以研究BR1500HS的高温流变行为。通过BR1500HS高强钢板高温拉伸试验得到了不同温度、应变速率下材料的真应力-应变曲线,并分析了BR1500HS超高强度钢板在高温状态下的变化规律。基于高温拉伸试验数据,采用双曲正弦形式的Arrhenius模型可较准确地描述BR1500HS超高强度钢板在高温下的流变规律。
To explore the heat deformation process of BR1500HS high strength steel during hot stamping process, a high-temperature constitutive equation was established to study the high temperature rheological behavior of BR1500HS. The true stress-true strain curves at the relative conditions are gained under different temperature and different strain rates, and the change rule of BR1500HS high strength steel at high temperatures was analyzed. Based on high-temperature tensile test data, the hyperbolic sine form of Arrhenius model was used to accurately describe the rheological law of BR1500HS ultra high strength steel at high temperatures.
