摘要 采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射技术以及MMW-1A型摩擦磨损试验机研究了不同载荷与转速条件下Cu-Al-Fe-Ni-Pb铝青铜的摩擦磨损行为。结果表明:当转速不超过600 r/min时,Cu-Al-Fe-Ni-Pb合金的摩擦系数随载荷增加而减小;转速为800 r/min时,摩擦系数随载荷增加先减小后增大;转速达到1000 r/min时,随载荷增大,摩擦系数大致呈上升趋势,仅仅是在载荷为40N时有略微下降。随载荷与转速增加,Cu-Al-Fe-Ni-Pb合金的磨损量均增加。当转速高于600r/min且载荷达到60N时,磨损量增加幅度变小。Cu-Al-Fe-Ni-Pb合金在高速高载条件下拥有良好的摩擦磨损性能归因于该合金具有高强度和硬度以及其中Pb的自润滑作用。 SEM, X-ray diffractometry and MMW-1A friction and wear testing machine were employed to study the friction and wear behavior of Cu-Al-Fe-Ni-Pb aluminum bronze under different loads and rotation speed. When the rotation speed R ≤ 600 r/min, the friction coefficient of Cu-Al-Fe-Ni-Pb alloy decreases with load increasing. When the rotation speed R=800 r/min, the friction coefficient increases firstly and then decreases with load increasing. When the rotation speed R= 1000 r/min, the friction coefficient increases roughly but just decreases a little when the load is 40 N. The wear loss of Cu-Al-Fe-Ni-Pb alloy increases as the load and rotation speed increasing. When the rotation speed R ≥ 600 r/min and the load reaches 60 N, the increase of wear loss is smaller with increasing load. Because of Cu-Al-Fe-Ni-Pb alloy with high strength and hardness and self-lubrication effect of Pb, the alloy has good friction and wear properties under high speed and high load.
