摘要
采用OM、XRD和TEM研究了预冷变形对TC21合金在时效过程中相变的影响规律。结果表明:随预冷变形量增加,在晶界上析出的次生α相增多,原β相晶界变得更明显。预变形能加速马氏体α'相分解出α相和β相。同时,预变形不能改变物相的类型,但能改变相对量;同时使马氏体α'组织中孪晶组织趋于消失,并改变了亚结构的微观形态特征。
The effects of pre-deformation on phase transformation of TC21 alloy during aging process were investigated by using OM, XRD and TEM. The results show that with the increase of pre-deformed reduction, the secondary α phase increases at original β boundary, therefore, the original β boundary becomes obviously. The pre-deformation can supply the external energy for the nucleation of α and β phase, which can also accelerate the decomposition of martensite α of TC21 alloy. The pre-deformation cannot change the phase type of TC21 alloy during aging, but can change the relative weight; as well as the twin martensite α" tends to disappear, and the characteristic of microstructure changes.
